Our cuisine is based on seasonal organic ingredients. We are glad to serve to you the homemade prosciutto, salami, pancetta and cheese.
Have you ever tried Slovenian traditional cuisine? For example: suha župa soup or krompir v zevnici (potatoes cooked with sour cabbage)? We make various soups and stews, ajmoht (stew), prosciutto gnocchi, or gnocchi with porcini or meat stew, pasta with porcini and porcini buckwheat. We also make polenta (with potatoes or corn meal) with herbs and roast meat with dumplings and vegetables. And of course, our very own potatoes from the field cultivated with a horse yoke are not to be left out. Perhaps you would like to try out our roast beef, pork tenderloin, roast pork with plums or a chicken from the neighboring farm.
We also make bread – buckwheat with walnuts, whole meal, spelt, corn and white.
